Blue Prism and E.Novation UK to partner on new opportunities for healthcare systems integration

Blue Prism, the leading provider of operational agility software and healthcare integration specialist E.Novation UK have announced a new commercial partnership arrangement which will focus on supporting the UK and Irish healthcare markets to achieve greater levels of systems integration and process automation. Under the agreement E.Novation UK will sell, implement and support the Blue Prism Healthcare Edition Operational Agility Software across all sectors of the healthcare industry.

The Blue Prism solution features scalable, object oriented presentation integration technologies to deliver rapid business process development and application integration with proven security, comprehensive audit and operational robustness - without the need for coding or invasive systems integration techniques.

Alastair Bathgate, Chief Executive Officer, Blue Prism, comments: "Blue Prism is used extensively in the commercial sector and we have developed a specific Healthcare Edition of the software which is already in use in 8 NHS Trusts. Successful implementations already include integrating core PAS and Digital Pen applications, Self Service Kiosks, and Bed Management systems. At UHB for example, the Trust has implemented the Blue Prism solution to support the introduction of self service kiosks and they have also identified numerous other areas where Blue Prism's unique capabilities will enable enhanced automation and more productive workflows, including processes to improve patient outcomes."
