Healthcare Integration specialist E.Novation UK is delighted to announce a new Strategic Partnership with Capsule, the leading provider of medical device connectivity.

The new agreement enables E.Novation to distribute and implement Capsule solutions comprising all aspects of device connectivity from acquisition, processing, translating and integrating patient related data with Electronic Patient Record systems. In addition to the UK, E.Novation and Capsule will be working together in The Netherlands, Belgium and France.

The company's latest Enterprise Connectivity Solution Neuron, offers a single hospital wide, vendor neutral solution to achieve device integration for all patient acuity levels and which will automate the association and disassociation of medical devices to the patient. The Capsule solution is already used in the UK in high dependency units such as Intensive Care. The partnership will mean that it becomes easier and more cost effective for organisations to implement a Medical Device Connectivity strategy enabling the entire hospital to benefit from a reduction in nursing time spent manually transcribing and entering data and enabling easier and more timely access to vital signs information to support clinical decision making.
