E.Novation International convinces McKesson France

mckessonToday E.Novation International bv, part of the E.Novation Group, announces its collaboration with the French McKesson Information Solutions. After a pilot project with CLOVERLEAF®, McKesson France, which provides information technology for the healthcare sector, was quickly convinced of the quality of the managed services E.Novation International offers to support Cloverleaf. The solution will be implemented by E.Novation International in most of the 200 hospitals which are customers of McKesson across France, in close collaboration with E.Novation LifeLine Networks. E.Novation LifeLine Networks has a partnership agreement with Quovadx, the integration specialist for Cloverleaf. "This is the first large-scale success for E.Novation International", explains Jean-baptiste Dubuisson, manager of E.Novation International. "We are convinced that many new customers and projects will follow."

Convincing
McKesson Information Solutions France offers a complete product line that includes all sorts of IT solutions for the healthcare sector, such as services in the area of patient information, finances and medical data. In a week long pilot period, E.Novation International easily convinced McKesson France to choose the Cloverleaf integration solutions and related managed services from E.Novation International. Cloverleaf is a communication server (message broker), that provides user-friendly and easy exchange, routing and translation of messages between systems and applications over any network platform, regardless of the underlying architectures. It not only establishes links within a hospital's individual network environment, but also between collaborating hospitals.

Integration engine
One important factor in McKesson France's choice of E.Novation International's integration solution is that it will enable McKesson France to dramatically increase its systems' interoperability. Cloverleaf is an integration engine, which makes it possible for the affiliated hospitals' internal systems to seamlessly communicate with one another. After six months of testing and development, McKesson shall be ready for implementation, which will take place in the second half of 2006.

First big step
This is E.Novation's first large-scale success since the company entered the international market at the beginning of the year with E.Novation International bv. E.Novation anticipates that many interesting, large-scale projects and collaborations will follow. In addition to the French office in Bordeaux, E.Novation International has a department in England (London). Later this year, the company will also launch operations in other European countries.
